Thank you for choosing Tiny Mill. Please note that our policies are strictly applicable to all events and bookings, including regular sessions, private events, and school excursions.
Please review our guidelines below regarding session bookings, photography consent, data protection, and product purchases.
1. Session Bookings & Events
Cancellation
A full refund will be provided if the session or event is cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled date.
Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations happen. One (1) reschedule is allowed per booking, provided you notify us at least 6 hours before the session starts. Otherwise, rescheduling or cancellation will not be available.
Late Arrival
We highly recommend arriving on time so your child can enjoy the full session experience. Late arrivals will result in reduced play time as we must stay on schedule for subsequent sessions.
No Shows
If a participant does not attend the session without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.
2. Photos & Videos
Photos and videos may be taken during our sessions and events for documentation, social media, and marketing purposes.
Consent: By proceeding with your booking, you are considered to have given consent for Tiny Mill to use these visuals.
Opt-Out: If you prefer that you or your child not be photographed or recorded, please let our team know in advance so we can ensure you are excluded.
3. Personal Data Protection Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. By booking a session or purchasing a product, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data (such as names, contact numbers, and email addresses) in accordance with the following terms:
Purpose: We collect your data solely to process your bookings, fulfill product orders, handle customer service inquiries, and send important operational updates.
Marketing: We will only send you promotional materials or newsletter updates if you have explicitly opted in to receive them.
Security: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is securely stored and accessible only to authorized team members.
4. Products & Custom Orders
Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our products are customized or made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a suitable solution.
Custom Artwork Products
For customized items (such as printed mugs featuring children’s drawings), please ensure that the artwork and details submitted are completely correct. Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Production Lead Time
Most customized products require 3 to 7 working days for production before they are ready for shipping or collection.
